You have up to 14 days  from delivery to return an item for exchange or refund. Please include a signed return note indicating the reason for your return and your preference for an exchange or refund. Where goods are returned via your local postal service, please package your items securely and obtain a receipt.

Items for return must be in their ORIGINAL "as new" condition (unused, unworn and unwashed), together with all packaging and tags. For example, knitwear is to be folded and returned together with any tissue, card or poly bag. All goods will be inspected on return, and a deduction will be made for dirty or unsalable items.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. You should receive a confirmation e- mail within a week of having returned an item. Sometimes it can take a little longer.

If your order was paid in part or in full by a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card or e-voucher up to the value of the gift card you used.

We use Hermes for delivery, currently. We charge a flat rate of £5.50 for all orders across the UK.

We do offer gift cards, you can purchase and download a digital version. This can be redeemed in store or on the website. Should you not spend the whole value, you can save the remainder for another purchase. Gift cards are available in £25, £50 and £100 denominations.
